The TPS61010‑TPS61016 family provides high‑efficiency boost conversion for single‑cell or dual‑cell battery‑powered products such as audio players, pagers, medical devices, remote controls and wireless headsets. Integrated features include a synchronous rectifier, power‑save mode, autodischarge, low‑battery detection and an antiringing switch, all in a micro‑small 10‑pin MSOP or 3 mm×3 mm QFN package.
The devices operate from an input voltage as low as 0.9 V (full‑load start‑up) and continue to run down to 0.8 V. Output voltage can be fixed or adjusted between 1.5 V and 3.3 V, delivering up to 200 mA with a quiescent current below 50 µA.
