About this manual

The TPS6101x family are high‑efficiency boost converters intended for single‑cell or dual‑cell battery‑operated products such as audio players, remote controls and medical devices. They integrate a synchronous rectifier, low‑battery detector, autodischarge and power‑save mode, delivering up to 200 mA output current while starting up from as low as 0.9 V and operating down to 0.8 V.

The datasheet provides full electrical specifications, functional block diagrams, pin descriptions, package dimensions (10‑pin MSOP or 3 mm × 3 mm QFN) and mechanical drawings, along with recommended operating conditions and absolute maximum ratings for designers.
