The TPS6102x family provides a power‑supply solution for devices powered by one‑cell, two‑cell, or three‑cell alkaline, NiCd, NiMH, or Li‑ion batteries. They deliver up to 200 mA at 0.9 V input and 500 mA at 1.8 V input, and can generate 5 V at 500 mA from a 3.3 V rail. The converters use a fixed‑frequency PWM controller with a synchronous rectifier for high efficiency, and feature a Power Save mode for low‑load operation.
Key features include 96% efficiency, programmable or fixed output voltage options up to 5.5 V, low quiescent current, low‑EMI operation, load disconnect on shutdown, and over‑temperature protection. The devices are offered in a 10‑pin QFN‑10 PowerPAD package (3 mm × 3 mm).
