Analog Devices ADD8504/ADD8505/ADD8506 LCD Gamma Buffers Datasheet
The ADD8504, ADD8505, and ADD8506 are 4‑, 5‑, and 6‑channel LCD gamma reference buffers designed for line‑inversion panels. Each channel features an A/B input to select between two gamma voltage curves and drives the resistor ladders of LCD column drivers for gamma correction. The devices operate from a single 3.3 V to 6.5 V supply, provide rail‑to‑rail input and output, and deliver up to 380 mA per channel with high slew rates.
The data sheet includes detailed electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings, thermal resistance, ESD performance, pin configuration diagrams, typical performance graphs, and ordering information. An automotive‑grade version (ADD8506WW) is also listed, qualified for automotive applications.
