Analog Devices AD8505/AD8506/AD8508 Micro Power Amplifiers Datasheet
The AD8505, AD8506, and AD8508 are single, dual, and quad micro‑power amplifiers offering rail‑to‑rail input/output operation from 1.8 V to 5 V supplies. They feature zero input crossover distortion, very low bias current, and low noise, making them suitable for battery‑powered sensors, handheld instrumentation, and hazard‑detection equipment.\n\nKey specifications include a typical supply current of 24 µA (AD8505) to 20 µA (AD8506/AD8508) at 1.8 V, input bias current of 10 pA, PSRR of at least 100 dB, CMRR up to 105 dB, and an operating temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C.
