Analog Devices AD9547 Dual/Quad Input Network Clock Generator/Synchronizer Data Sheet
The AD9547 is a synchronization device designed for systems including synchronous optical networks (SONET/SDH). It generates an output clock synchronized to one of two differential or four single-ended external input references. The integrated digital PLL reduces input time jitter or phase noise associated with these external references.
Even when all reference inputs fail, the AD9547 continuously generates a clean, valid output clock using digitally controlled loop and holdover circuitry. It operates over an industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and is available in a 64-lead LFCSP package.
