Analog Devices AD9248 14‑Bit Dual A/D Converter Datasheet
The AD9248 is a dual, 3 V, 14‑bit analog‑to‑digital converter that supports sample rates of 20 MSPS, 40 MSPS, and 65 MSPS. It features integrated dual sample‑and‑hold amplifiers, a voltage reference, and flexible analog input ranges.
Key features include high SNR (up to 73.4 dB), excellent SFDR (up to 86 dBc), low power consumption (as low as 180 mW at 20 MSPS and 600 mW per channel at 65 MSPS), and operation over an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C.
