Analog Devices AD8510/AD8512/AD8513 Operational Amplifier Datasheet

Datasheet 20 pages · 296 KB · EN

The AD8510, AD8512, and AD8513 are single‑, dual‑, and quad‑channel precision JFET operational amplifiers. They feature very low offset voltage, low input bias current, low voltage noise, and fast settling time, making them suitable for high‑impedance sensor amplification and precision current measurement.

These amplifiers are offered in 8‑lead MSOP and SOIC packages (AD8510/AD8512) and 14‑lead SOIC and TSSOP packages (AD8513). They operate over an extended industrial temperature range (‑40 °C to +125 °C) and are designed for applications such as instrumentation, photodiode amplifiers, audio, and precision filters.
