Analog Devices AD8509/AD8511 LCD Reference Buffer Datasheet
The AD8509 and AD8511 are CMOS LCD reference buffers designed to drive 64‑gray‑scale column drivers. Each device provides A/B inputs for selecting between two reference voltages and can source up to 300 mA per channel, making them suitable for high‑speed gamma‑correction applications. They operate from a single 3.3 V to 6.5 V supply and are stable with capacitive loads up to 1000 pF.
