The MAX873, MAX875, and MAX876 are precision voltage‑reference devices that provide preset output voltages of +2.5 V, +5 V, and +10 V with very low temperature drift and low noise. They operate from a wide supply range and include a TRIM pin for fine adjustment and a TEMP pin that outputs a voltage proportional to die temperature.

Key features include a typical quiescent current of 320 µA, source capability of up to 10 mA (30 mA typical) and sink capability of 2 mA, low‑noise performance (3.8 µV P‑P at 2.5 V), and tight line and load regulation (4 ppm/V line, 15 ppm/mA load). The devices are specified for operation from –40 °C to +85 °C and are suitable for data‑acquisition systems, digital multimeters, and low‑power test equipment.
