The Toshiba TLP3020, TLP3021, TLP3022 and TLP3023 series are GaAs infrared‑emitting diode (IRED) and photo‑triac optocouplers packaged in a six‑lead plastic DIP. They are intended for use in office machines, household equipment and as solid‑state relay/triac driver components.
