TOSHIBA TLP3041(S)/TLP3042(S)/TLP3043(S) Manual
The TLP3041(S), TLP3042(S) and TLP3043(S) are zero‑voltage‑crossing turn‑on photo‑triac optocouplers that combine a gallium‑arsenide infrared emitting diode with a six‑lead DIP package. They are intended for use in office machines, household equipment and other applications requiring reliable AC switching.
Key electrical ratings include a peak off‑state voltage of 400 V, on‑state current up to 100 mA, isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms, and operation over a temperature range of –40 °C to 100 °C.
