The TPS6300x series is a high-efficiency single-inductor buck-boost converter with 1.8-A switches, an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, and a fixed output voltage of 3.3V. The output current can be as high as 1200 mA. This series of products is suitable for products powered by two or three alkaline, nickel-cadmium or nickel-metal hydride batteries or a single lithium-ion or lithium-polymer battery.
