Analog Devices AD7839 13‑Bit Parallel Input Voltage‑Output DAC Datasheet
The AD7839 integrates eight 13‑bit DACs in a 44‑lead MQFP package. Data are loaded via a parallel 13‑bit bus and can be updated simultaneously using the LDAC pin. Each output is buffered with a gain‑of‑two amplifier and can be offset via DUTGND pins.
The device operates from ±5 V to ±15 V supplies, supports both bipolar (‑10 V to +10 V) and unipolar (0 V to +10 V) configurations, and includes power‑on sequencing features that keep the outputs near the DUTGND reference until the supply voltages reach safe levels.
