This document describes a 16-bit 100 kSPS PulSAR® unipolar ADC with a 2.5V internal reference. It features a throughput of 100 kSPS, INL of ±2.5 LSB max, and a resolution of 16 bits. The ADC has both AC and DC specifications, no pipeline delay, and a parallel and serial 5V/3V interface. It is suitable for applications such as data acquisition, medical instruments, and digital signal processing.
