Analog Devices AD7658/AD7657/AD7656 Handbook

Analog Devices AD7658/AD7657/AD7656 Handbook

Datasheet 25 pages · 311 KB · EN

The AD7658, AD7657 and AD7656 are six‑channel, 12/14/16‑bit successive‑approximation ADCs that operate from a single 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply and deliver up to 250 kSPS throughput. They offer true bipolar inputs, selectable voltage ranges, low‑power operation, and both high‑speed parallel and serial interfaces.

The handbook contains detailed electrical specifications, timing diagrams, pin‑out tables, power‑down modes, layout recommendations, ordering information, and mechanical dimensions, helping designers integrate the devices into power‑line monitoring, instrumentation, and multi‑axis positioning systems.
