Analog Devices AD5424/AD5433/AD5445 Datasheet
The AD5424/AD5433/AD5445 family are CMOS current‑output digital‑to‑analog converters offering 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑bit resolution. They operate from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply and accept a +10 V reference input, providing a multiplying bandwidth of up to 10 MHz and an update rate of 20.4 MSPS. Typical power consumption is only 0.4 pA.
These devices include a parallel interface with a 17 ns write cycle, read‑back capability, and built‑in power‑on reset with brown‑out detection. They are supplied in 20‑lead TSSOP and chip‑scale (4 mm × 4 mm) packages and are rated for an extended temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C.
