The STM690A, STM692A, STM703, STM704, STM802, STM805, STM817, STM818 and STM819 supervisors are 5 V supervisory devices that provide reset, watchdog, battery‑switchover and power‑fail monitoring for microprocessor systems. They are offered in 8‑pin SOIC and TSSOP packages and support external LPSRAM non‑volatile storage.
