This document introduces the UNR111x series transistors released in 2003, which have built-in resistors and are suitable for digital circuits. Costs can be reduced through downsizing of the equipment and reduction of the number of parts. The UNR111x series transistors are packaged in M-type packages, allowing easy automatic and manual insertion as well as stand-alone fixing to the printed circuit board.
