ANALOG DEVICES Low Voltage 1.15 V to 5.5 V 8-Channel Bidirectional Logic Level Translators ADG3308/ADG3308-1 handbook
The ADG3308 family provides eight bidirectional logic‑level translation channels that operate from 1.15 V to 5.5 V, with a low quiescent current of less than 1 pA and no direction pin. The device translates signals between two voltage domains (Vcca and Vccy) and includes a three‑state enable pin for high‑impedance operation.
Available in 20‑lead TSSOP, 20‑lead LFCSP, 20‑ball WLCSP, and backside‑coated 20‑ball WLCSP packages, the ADG3308 is suited for low‑voltage ASICs, smart‑card readers, portable communication devices, networking equipment, and other applications requiring reliable level translation across a wide temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C.
