Analog Devices AD7760 Datasheet
The AD7760 is a high‑performance 24‑bit sigma‑delta analog‑to‑digital converter designed for high‑speed data‑acquisition applications. It provides a maximum fully filtered output word rate of 2.5 MHz, dynamic range up to 120 dB, and programmable oversampling ratios from 8× to 256×. Integrated features include a differential input buffer, on‑chip FIR filter, over‑range flag, and digital offset/gain correction.
Typical applications include data acquisition systems, vibration analysis and instrumentation. The device is offered in an exposed‑paddle and a 64‑lead thin‑quad flat package (TQFP_EP) and operates over a commercial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C.
