Analog Devices AD7763 24‑Bit ADC Datasheet
The AD7763 high‑performance 24‑bit sigma‑delta analog‑to‑digital converter delivers up to 625 kSPS fully filtered output with a dynamic range of 119 dB (typ 120.5 dB) and low noise (112 dB SNR). It integrates a differential input buffer, programmable FIR filter, over‑range flag, and digital offset/gain correction, simplifying board design.
Designed for data‑acquisition systems, vibration analysis and instrumentation, the device operates from –40 °C to +85 °C, supports both normal (955.5 mW) and low‑power (651 mW) modes, and is available in an exposed‑paddle 64‑lead TQFP package.
