Analog Devices AD7764 Datasheet
The AD7764 is a high‑performance 24‑bit sigma‑delta analog‑to‑digital converter offering up to 312 kSPS fully filtered output. It features selectable oversampling rates, on‑chip differential amplifiers, reference buffering, and an overrange alert pin. The device includes a full‑band FIR filter and low‑power mode that reduces dissipation without sacrificing speed.
Designed for data‑acquisition systems, vibration analysis and instrumentation, the AD7764 is supplied in a 28‑lead TSSOP package and operates over a commercial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. It supports SPI communication, daisy‑chaining, and synchronization via a SYNC pin.
