ANALOG DEVICES AD7760 handbook

The AD7760 is a 2.5 MSPS, 24-bit, 100 dB Sigma-Delta ADC with an on-chip buffer. It features a dynamic range of 120 dB and a signal-to-noise ratio of 112 dB at an output data rate of 78 kHz. The ADC is suitable for applications such as data acquisition systems, vibration analysis, and instrumentation.
