Analog Devices AD6655 IF Receiver Handbook

Analog Devices AD6655 IF Receiver Handbook

User Manual 84 pages · 3.1 MB · EN

The AD6655 is a mixed‑signal intermediate‑frequency (IF) receiver that integrates dual 14‑bit ADCs capable of up to 150 MSPS sampling and supports IF frequencies up to 450 MHz. It includes a wideband digital downconverter, a 32‑bit complex NCO, half‑band and FIR filters, and offers flexible analog input ranges and multiple output modes (CMOS and LVDS). The device is designed for communications applications such as diversity radio systems, multimode digital receivers, and software‑defined radios.

The handbook details the functional block diagram, pin configurations, power‑supply options, and extensive electrical specifications. It also covers programming via a 3‑bit SPI interface, fast over‑range detection, signal‑monitor features, and provides design guidelines, evaluation board information, and an ordering guide for the 64‑lead LFCSP package.
