Maxim MAX941/MAX942/MAX944 High-Speed Comparator Datasheet
The MAX941, MAX942 and MAX944 are single‑, dual‑ and quad‑channel high‑speed comparators optimized for 3 V or 5 V systems. They feature rail‑to‑rail input range, low supply current (≈350 µA per comparator) and internal hysteresis for clean switching.
The devices are offered in 8‑pin DIP, 8‑pin SO and 14‑pin DIP/SO packages and include optional latch and shutdown functions (MAX941 only). Typical applications include battery‑powered systems, threshold detectors, line receivers and zero‑crossing detectors.
