Intersil HA-5134/883 Precision Quad Operational Amplifier Datasheet
The HA-5134/883 is a precision quad operational amplifier offering low offset voltage (‑200 µV at 25 °C), low offset drift (2 µV/°C), high channel separation (120 dB), and wide bandwidth (4 MHz).
