Intersil ISL97519 Step‑Up Regulator Datasheet
The ISL97519 is a high‑frequency, high‑efficiency boost regulator operated in constant‑frequency PWM mode. It integrates a 2.0 A, 200 mΩ MOSFET and delivers up to 1 A output current with over 90 % efficiency. selectable 600 kHz or 1.2 MHz switching allows smaller inductors and fast transient response, while an external compensation pin provides flexibility for load regulation.
The device is offered in an 8‑lead MSOP package (max height 1.1 mm) and is rated for operation from –40 °C to +105 °C. It features a shutdown current of less than 1 pA, soft‑start control, internal thermal protection, and is RoHS‑compliant.
