The ISL60002 is a high precision, low power voltage reference from Intersil. It features Intersil's proprietary floating gate analog technology, low supply voltage operation and an ultra-low operating current of 400nA. Additional features include guaranteed initial accuracy as low as ±1.0mV, @ 20ppm/°C temperature coefficient and long-term stability of <<10ppm/√1kHrs.
