Intersil ICL3224E ICL3226E ICL3244E Datasheet
The ICL32XXE family are low‑power RS‑232 transceiver ICs that operate from a single 3.0 V to 5.5 V supply, guarantee a minimum 250 kbps data rate, and include +15 kV ESD protection on all RS‑232 pins. They feature manual and enhanced automatic power‑down, require only four external 0.1 µF capacitors, and are offered in SSOP and SOIC packages.
The datasheet lists ordering information for each device variant, detailed pin‑out diagrams, absolute maximum ratings, and full electrical specifications such as supply current in power‑down (10 pA), output voltage swing, and timing characteristics. Package dimension tables for SSOP and SOIC formats are also provided.
