Intersil ISL9005 LDO Regulator Datasheet
The ISL9005 is a high‑performance low‑dropout (LDO) linear regulator capable of delivering up to 300 mA with low standby current and high power‑supply rejection (PSRR). It operates from 2.3 V to 6.5 V input, supports output voltages from 1.5 V to 3.3 V, and includes built‑in current‑limit, thermal‑shutdown, and soft‑start functions.
Typical applications include PDAs, cell phones, MP3 players, handheld medical devices, and other portable wireless equipment. The device is supplied in an 8‑lead DFN package (2 mm × 3 mm) and is RoHS‑compliant.
