Intersil ISL9001 Low Dropout Regulator Datasheet
The ISL9001 is a high‑performance LDO regulator designed for portable wireless equipment. It delivers up to 300 mA with a typical quiescent current of 25 µA, a low dropout voltage of about 200 mV at full load, and a PSRR of 90 dB at 1 kHz. The device supports fixed output voltages from 1.5 V to 3.3 V and can be programmed via external capacitors for power‑good signaling and soft‑start.
Typical applications include PDAs, cell phones, MP3 players, handheld medical devices and other battery‑powered electronics. The DFN‑8 package and RoHS‑compliant, Pb‑free construction simplify board layout and meet environmental standards.
