Intersil ISL22346WMVEP Datasheet
The ISL22346WMVEP integrates four digitally controlled potentiometers and non‑volatile memory in a single TSSOP package. Each potentiometer offers 128 resistor taps and can be used as a three‑terminal potentiometer or a two‑terminal variable resistor.
The device operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, features a shutdown current of 5 µA max, and retains wiper positions for up to 50 years depending on temperature. It is accessed via an I²C serial bus with up to eight devices per bus.
