Intersil ISL6269B Datasheet
The ISL6269B is a single‑phase synchronous‑buck PWM controller that uses Intersil's Robust‑Ripple‑Regulator (R°) technology. It integrates MOSFET drivers, a bootstrap diode and a digital soft‑start to reduce component count and improve transient response.
The device supports a wide input voltage range (5 V‑25 V), output voltage range (0.6 V‑3.3 V) and up to 25 A load current. It can operate in continuous‑conduction mode or diode‑emulation mode for better light‑load efficiency, and includes multiple protection features such as undervoltage, overvoltage, over‑current and over‑temperature protection.
