HA-5002/883 is a monolithic, wideband, high slew rate, high output current buffer amplifier. It offers 1300V/µs slew rate typically and 110MHz of bandwidth, with ±100mA minimum output current capability and a 3Ω output impedance. It is designed to replace LH0002 with improved reliability and circuit performance.
The HA-5002/883 buffer amplifier from Intersil offers a very high slew rate (1300 V/µs typical, 1000 V/µs minimum) and a wide small‑signal bandwidth of 110 MHz. It provides a minimum output current of 100 mA (400 mA peak) and a low output impedance (3 Ω typ, 5 Ω max).
The device is supplied in metal‑can (8‑pin) and ceramic LCC (20‑pin) packages and operates from a +12 V to +15 V supply over an ambient temperature range of –55 °C to +125 °C. Absolute‑maximum ratings include a 44 V V+‑V‑ rating and an ESD rating of up to 4000 V.
