Intersil ISL22316WMUEP Datasheet
The ISL22316WMUEP integrates a single digitally controlled potentiometer (DCP) and non‑volatile memory on a monolithic CMOS IC. It can be used as a three‑terminal potentiometer or a two‑terminal variable resistor, featuring a serial I²C interface, 128 resistor taps, and non‑volatile storage of the wiper position.
