Analog Devices AD7693 Datasheet
The AD7693 is a 16‑bit successive‑approximation analog‑to‑digital converter that operates from a single 4.5 V‑5.5 V supply. It offers a true differential input range, no missing codes, and a versatile SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE serial interface that can be daisy‑chained and includes an optional busy indicator.
Key features include 500 kSPS maximum conversion rate, dynamic range of 96.5 dB, power dissipation as low as 40 nJ per conversion (18 mW at 500 kSPS), and operation from –40 °C to +85 °C. The device is supplied in 10‑lead MSOP or QFN packages and is suited for battery‑powered equipment, data acquisition, seismic systems, DVMs, instrumentation, and medical instruments.
