Analog Devices AD7687 Datasheet
The AD7687 is a 16‑bit charge‑redistribution successive‑approximation ADC that operates from a single 2.3 V to 5.5 V supply. It offers true differential inputs, up to 250 kSPS throughput, 96.5 dB dynamic range, and a low standby current of 1 nA. The device includes a versatile SPI‑compatible serial interface that supports daisy‑chaining and optional BUSY indication.
Packaged in a 10‑lead MSOP or 10‑lead QFN (LFCSP), the AD7687 is rated for –40 °C to +85 °C operation and is suited for battery‑powered equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, medical instruments, and process control applications.
