Analog Devices AD7485 Manuals

The AD7485 is a 14-bit, high speed, low power, successive- approximation ADC. The part features a serial interface with throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. The part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold that can handle input frequencies in excess of 40 MHz. The conversion process is a proprietary algorithmic successive- approximation technique. The input signal is sampled and a conversion is initiated on the falling edge of the CONVST signal.

AD7485 is a 14-bit high speed low power SAR ADC with a maximum throughput of 1MSPS. It supports single-ended and differential input, has an internal 2.5V reference voltage, a low noise wideband follower and hold, and uses a proprietary algorithmic successive approximation technique. The conversion time is 2.6us and the power consumption is 80mW (normal working mode) and 3mW (NAP mode).
