TrilithIC BTS 774 G Datasheet
The BTS 774 G integrates one double high‑side switch and two low‑side switches in a P‑DSO‑28‑9 package. It is designed for DC motor management, offering configurable bridge or quad‑switch operation, ultra‑low on‑resistance, high peak current capability, and extensive protection features such as short‑circuit, over‑temperature, and over/under‑voltage detection.
The device uses Siemens SMART SIPMOS® technology for both high‑side and low‑side MOSFETs, provides status flag diagnosis, and supports external current‑sense resistors. It operates up to 40 V supply and includes internal clamp diodes and isolated sources for accurate current sensing.
