The Maxim MAX3224, MAX3227, MAX3244 and MAX3245 are 3 V‑powered RS‑232 transceivers that include automatic shutdown/wakeup (AutoShutdown Plus) and high‑speed MegaBaud operation. They operate from a single +3.0 V to +5.5 V supply and provide true RS‑232 voltage levels using a dual charge‑pump architecture.
