Analog Devices ADP3339 Low Dropout Regulator Datasheet
The ADP3339 is a precision low‑dropout (LDO) regulator that operates from 2.8 V to 6 V input and provides up to 1.5 A of output current. It offers high accuracy (±0.9 % at 25 °C, ±1.5 % over temperature), an ultra‑low typical dropout of 230 mV at 1.5 A, and ultralow quiescent current of 130 µA. The device is stable with any 1 µF output capacitor (anyCAP®) and is insensitive to capacitor ESR.
Typical applications include notebooks, battery‑powered systems, PCMCIA regulators, barcode scanners, and camcorders. The datasheet also details pin configuration, absolute maximum ratings, performance curves, thermal overload protection, PCB layout guidelines, and ordering information for the SOT‑223 package.
