Analog Devices ADP3334 Datasheet
The ADP3334 is a precision low‑dropout (LDO) regulator that operates from 2.6 V to 11 V input and delivers up to 500 mA of continuous load current. It features an anyCAP architecture that requires only a 1 µF output capacitor for stability and provides low noise, low quiescent current, and built‑in current‑limit and thermal‑shutdown protection.
Typical applications include cellular phones, TFT LCD modules, camcorders, networking equipment, set‑top boxes, and other portable electronics. The device is offered in three package styles—3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP, MSOP‑8, and SOIC‑8—allowing designers to choose the best footprint for their board layout.
