ADP3160/ADP3167 is a high efficient dual output synchronous buck switching regulator with ADOPT™ optimal positioning technology for superior load transient response and minimum output capacitors. ADP3160/ADP3167 comply with VRM 9.0 standard with lowest system cost. ADP3160/ADP3167 adopt 5-bit digitally programmable 1.1 V to 1.85 V output, dual logic level PWM outputs for interface to external high power drivers. ADP3160/ADP3167 has 0.8% within temperature range total output accuracy, current mode operation, short circuit protection, power good output, overvoltage protection, and protects the microprocessors without any other external components.
