Analog Devices AD7951 14‑Bit PulSAR® ADC Datasheet
The AD7951 is a 14‑bit successive‑approximation register (SAR) analog‑to‑digital converter offering multiple programmable input ranges (0‑5 V, 0‑10 V, ±5 V, ±10 V) and three sampling modes: warp (1 MSPS), normal (800 kSPS) and impulse (670 kSPS). It features both parallel and serial interfaces, an internal 5 V reference, and low power dissipation (10 mW at 100 kSPS, 235 mW at 1 MSPS).
Designed for process control, medical instruments, high‑speed data acquisition, DSP, instrumentation and ATE, the AD7951 includes detailed layout guidelines to minimize noise, separate analog/digital grounds, and provide robust ESD protection.
