Analog Devices AD7938/AD7939 Datasheet
The AD7938 and AD7939 are 12‑bit and 10‑bit successive‑approximation ADCs with eight analog input channels and a built‑in sequencer. They operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply and deliver up to 1.5 MSPS throughput.
The devices feature an on‑chip 2.5 V reference, selectable single‑ended, fully differential or pseudo‑differential inputs, and low power consumption (6 mW at 3 V, 13.5 mW at 5 V). Detailed specifications, timing diagrams, and pin descriptions are provided.
