Analog Devices AD7862 Dual 12‑Bit ADC Datasheet
The AD7862 from Analog Devices is a high‑speed, low‑power dual 12‑bit analog‑to‑digital converter that operates from a single +5 V supply. It contains two 4 µs successive‑approximation ADCs, two track‑hold amplifiers, an internal +2.5 V reference and a high‑speed parallel interface. Four analog inputs are grouped into two channels (A & B) and can be sampled simultaneously, preserving phase information.
The device offers selectable input ranges (±10 V, ±2.5 V, 0‑2.5 V), over‑voltage protection, a conversion time of 3.6 µs in high‑sampling mode, and a typical power consumption of 60 mW. It is available in 28‑lead SSOP, SOIC and DIP packages and includes features such as automatic power‑down mode and tight aperture‑delay matching.
