The ROHM BH76906GU, BH76909GU, BH76912GU, BH76916GU and BH76706GU are ultra‑compact, capacitor‑less video driver ICs designed for digital still cameras, mobile phones and other portable devices. They integrate a charge‑pump circuit, built‑in low‑pass filter and standby function, allowing operation from as low as 2.5 V without external coupling capacitors.

Key features include four selectable video‑driver gains (6 dB, 9 dB, 12 dB, 16.5 dB), a maximum output voltage of 5.2 Vpp, and the ability to use the output pin as an input pin on the BH76706GU variant. The note provides absolute maximum ratings, electrical characteristics, pin descriptions, test and application circuit examples, and layout cautions for reliable implementation.
