ROHM BD45231G Manual
The BD45xxx and BD46xxx series are CMOS voltage detector ICs with a built‑in counter timer, eliminating the need for an external delay capacitor. Two output types are offered: N‑channel open‑drain and CMOS, with detection voltages from 2.3 V to 4.8 V in 0.1 V steps.
The datasheet includes electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings, pin assignments, typical application circuits, and extensive precautionary notes for design, mounting, and handling. It is intended for use in a wide range of electronic equipment such as AV, telecommunications, and home appliances.
