The product is ±0.5°C accurate PWM temperature sensor in 5-lead SC-70 package, has ±0.5°C accuracy at 25°C, ±1.0°C accuracy from 25°C to 70°C, operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C, operating voltage range of 3V to 5.5V, power consumption of 70µW maximum at 3.3V, CMOS/TTL compatible output on TMP05 and flexible open-drain output on TMP06, small, low cost 5-lead SC-70 and SOT-23 packages etc.
